Terms of Sale
These terms cover purchase of the Mike on the Minute booking kit from mikeontheminute.com.
The product
The kit is a digital product: talk tracks, objection cards, and follow-up texts. After payment we email you the files. There is no physical shipment and no software login.
Price and charges
Price is $197 USD unless a checkout page says otherwise. Payment is processed by Stripe. The charge on your statement reads MIKE ON THE MINUTE.
License
You get a license to use the kit in your own shop. You may print copies for people who answer the phone in that shop. You may not resell, republish, or share the files as a competing product, course, or download.
Refunds
Digital goods. Full refund within 7 days of purchase if the kit is unused. Details: Refund Policy.
No guarantee of bookings
The kit is a set of scripts and messages. Results depend on your market, your pricing, and who is on the phone. We do not promise a number of jobs booked.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
