Privacy Policy
Mike on the Minute (“we”) sells a digital booking kit. This page explains what we collect, why, and how to reach us.
What we collect
When you buy the kit we collect the name, email address, and payment details needed to complete the purchase and send you the files. Payment details are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our own systems.
How we use it
- To take payment and deliver the kit by email
- To answer support and refund questions
- To meet tax, accounting, and legal requirements
We do not sell your information. We do not use it for unrelated marketing lists.
Payments
Charges are processed by Stripe. On your statement the charge reads MIKE ON THE MINUTE. Stripe’s handling of payment data is covered by Stripe’s own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
We keep order and email records as long as needed to deliver the kit, handle refunds, and meet bookkeeping rules. You can ask us to update or delete contact details we hold, unless we must keep them for a legal reason.
